The Return Of Street Art

Joshua and Isiah Thomas, Joseph C. Grant, Jr., Mary McBeth

On Saturday, October 1, 2011 artist Joseph C. Grant, Jr. took his art to the streets. Following his stint at Framework in the Grove he erected an elaborate display of his works in front of The Book Store In The Grove.  Friends and fans of Joseph’s art stopped by to show their support.

Crowds of onlookers gathered to watch Joseph work on his latest painting “For You Madam.” Some of the audience even got in on the act by giving some advice on how the completed version of his painting should look. This painting will be submitted for consideration as the poster art for the 2012 Taste of Brickle.

Currently selected pieces from Joseph’s collection and a variety of greeting cards can be found on sale inside of The Book Store In The Grove.
